All exchanges and returns are subject to seller approval. All shipping and delivery charges, as well as a 35% restocking fee based on the purchase price, will be assessed on seller-approved returns or exchanges. All approved returns or exchanges must be sent with the original invoice and items in the original packaging and condition; All transportation costs are assumed by the Client. Merchandise purchased from AHL Design can only be returned for store credit or exchange if certain criteria are met.
The actual cost of shipping the replacement item to the Customer will not be credited or refunded and is subject to an additional charge. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue. Subsequently, the unused credit is strengthened after a year.
